There are lots of stunning waterfalls all over Iceland. Problem is many are hard to get to and require long hikes
B eauty is, as smart people know, in the eye of the beholder. Unless, of course, people are blind. It is therefore with slight hesitation team Total Iceland gathered together a gallery of what we think are the most beautiful waterfalls in the country.
We must admit though beforehand, that there exist many more smaller but no less magnificent waterfalls in Iceland than the larger ones. Still today, quite a number of those are very hard to get to being located far out in the highlands away from any roads.
Nevertheless, here are a few falls that might up close and personal make you see the whole point of existence 🙂
